Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to:
- Within Nairobi: All major areas (CBD, Westlands, Karen, etc.)
- Nationwide: All counties across Kenya via our partnered couriers.
- International Shipping: Select countries (contact us for availability). Additional fees may apply.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Nairobi): 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Nationwide (Kenya): 3–7 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
- Same-Day/Express Delivery: Available for Nairobi orders placed before 11 AM.
3. Shipping Costs
Nairobi: Fixed rate of KES 350.
Nationwide: Calculated at checkout based on location.
International: Real-time rates applied at checkout (customers responsible for duties/taxes).
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your order.
6. Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders
- Delays: Contact us at sales@pratum.co.ke or call (+254) 706 210446 for assistance.
- Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement/refund.
- Lost Orders: We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve promptly.
7. Customs & Import Duties (International)
Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties. We cannot predict these charges.
8. Scheduled Deliveries
For Nairobi orders, you may request a preferred delivery date/time during checkout (subject to availability).
